한국AI속기사협회 MEMBERS 계정과 그 계정에 딸린 정보를 지우는 방법입니다.
1. 탈퇴하는 방법
앱에서
- 아래 메뉴의 더보기를 누릅니다.
- 맨 위의 내 이름을 눌러 내 정보를 엽니다.
- 계정의 회원 탈퇴를 누르고 지금 비밀번호를 넣습니다.
- 탈퇴하고 계정 지우기를 누르면 그 자리에서 계정이 지워집니다.
앱을 지웠거나 앱을 쓸 수 없을 때
- 웹 브라우저에서 app.kcost.org에 로그인하면 같은 메뉴(더보기 > 내 정보 > 회원 탈퇴)로 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
- 로그인할 수 없으면 한국AI속기사협회 카카오톡 채널로 이름과 아이디를 알려 주세요. 본인 확인 뒤 요청을 받은 날부터 10일 안에 계정을 지웁니다.
상담을 신청하고 이름과 휴대폰 번호로 연결한 분
- 아래 메뉴의 더보기를 누릅니다.
- 맨 아래 이 기기의 연결 해제를 누르고 확인합니다.
- 그 자리에서 이 기기의 앱 계정이 지워지고 알림도 멈춥니다.
앱을 이미 지웠다면 위의 카카오톡 채널로 이름과 휴대폰 번호를 알려 주세요. 본인 확인 뒤 요청을 받은 날부터 10일 안에 지웁니다.
2. 지워지는 정보
- 로그인 계정(아이디, 비밀번호)
- 이름, 암호화해 둔 휴대폰 번호 값
- 알림을 받는 기기 정보와 알림 설정, 홈 화면 설정
- 저장한 알림과 담아 둔 일정
- 가입 확인 요청, 정보 정정 요청에 적은 내용
- 내 앞으로 온 알림의 내용
- 상담 고객은 앱이 만든 기기 식별값과 앱에 담아 둔 상담 진행 정보
휴대폰에 담아 둔 로그인 상태와 화면 표시용 정보도 탈퇴할 때 함께 지워집니다.
3. 남는 정보와 기간

협회가 보관하는 키보드 구매 기록과 정회원 자격은 이 앱의 계정과 별개여서 탈퇴해도 그대로입니다. 같은 쿠폰 번호로 언제든 다시 가입할 수 있습니다.
상담 신청서와 상담 기록, 앱에서 보낸 상담 준비 내용과 통화 가능 시간, 서명한 물품 계약서는 앱이 아니라 협회 상담 시스템에 있어 탈퇴나 연결 해제로 지워지지 않습니다. 협회 상담 시스템에는 앱을 연결하고 해제한 기록도 남습니다. 이 기록의 열람이나 삭제는 개인정보 처리방침 10항의 연락처로 요청해 주세요.

Account deletion (한국AI속기사협회 MEMBERS)
App: 한국AI속기사협회 MEMBERS. Provider: Korea AI Stenographer Association.
In the app: More (더보기) > tap your name at the top > Account > 회원 탈퇴 (Delete account) > enter your current password > 탈퇴하고 계정 지우기. The account is deleted immediately.
Without the app: sign in at app.kcost.org and use the same menu, or send your name and user ID through the association's KakaoTalk channel. Requests are completed within 10 days.
Consultation clients (people who connected a consultation request with their name and mobile number): More (더보기) > This device (이 기기) > 연결 해제 (Disconnect). The app account on that device is deleted immediately and notifications stop. If the app is already removed, send your name and mobile number through the KakaoTalk channel above; requests are completed within 10 days.
Deleted: sign-in account (ID, password), name, hashed mobile number, notification device information and settings, saved items, pending requests, and notifications addressed to you. For consultation clients, also the app-generated device identifier and the consultation progress information cached in the app.
Kept: a record that the account was deleted, with its ID and name (deleted automatically after 1 year), and IP addresses of sign-up verification and password reset attempts (deleted automatically after 30 days), for security and fraud prevention. Consultation requests and records, consultation preparation answers and call times sent from the app, signed purchase contracts, and the record of connecting and disconnecting the app are held in the association's consultation system, not in the app, and are not deleted by deleting the account or disconnecting.
